Event Spaces At Atlanta Treehouse Escape
Atlanta Treehouse Escape offers two distinct outdoor event spaces, each providing a unique setting for celebrations, gatherings, retreats, filming, or private events. Most guests choose either the ATL Treehouse (Unit 6) or the RV Treehouse Area (Unit 7)-- see below for more details!.
When inquiring about an event, please be ready to share:
- Which event area you’re interested in (Unit 6 or Unit 7)?
- Preferred date? (Note: Weekdays and Sundays are less than Friday/Saturday)
- Preferred timeframe?
- Timeframes we offer:
- 5-hour blocks of time (11am-4pm) OR (6pm-11pm)
- All day (11-8pm)
- Overnight: 3-Bedroom [White House - Unit 7] rental
- Overnight: Entire property rental

Two Unique Event Space Options
Option #1 - ATL Treehouse Unit# 6 Event Space

Primary Under-Deck Event Area
For years, this has been the main signature event space on the property. Located beneath the large treehouse, the covered deck area measures approximately 32’ x 34’, with a primary seating section that comfortably accommodates up to 40 guests seated.
Because this space sits under the elevated treehouse, rain typically does not affect the area. Only severe storms with wind-driven rain would impact coverage.
This area is ideal for:
- Private dinners
- Celebrations
- Proposals and receptions
- Small weddings
- Corporate gatherings
- Podcast or filming setups
- Family gatherings
Restroom access is just steps away in the main house. Kitchen access for catering can be arranged.
Option #2 - RV Treehouse Unit# 7 Event Space

Outdoor Yard + Deck Event Area
The RV Treehouse area offers a larger open-event environment that can comfortably accommodate approximately up to 80 guests, depending on layout and setup, including:
- A large outdoor deck
- Yard space with planters and flexible layout options
- Covered seating beneath the RV structure (fits roughly 15–20 guests protected from rain)
- This space works especially well for:
- Larger celebrations
- Reunions
- Birthdays or parties
- Retreats
- Filming or photography events
- Flexible indoor/outdoor gatherings
- Many hosts also use portions of the connected home, which includes:
- A large master sitting area with seating for roughly 20–25 people
- Additional indoor spaces such as the solarium and common areas (shown in photos)
Depending on the event, access to indoor areas and kitchen use can be arranged.
What's Included With Every Event Space Rental?
Seating & Tables
- Approximately 40 wooden folding chairs
- Multiple folding tables available (6–8 total including 6-ft and 8-ft tables)
Hosts are responsible for setup and returning all items after the event. Setup/tear-down service can be arranged for an additional fee.
Trash Bins
- Two 45-gallon trash bins are available in the carport area
- Trash bags provided
- At the end of the event, all trash must be taken to the large city bins near the street entrance
Trash cannot remain at the event site.
Parking
- Parking for 20–30 vehicles fits comfortably on-site
- For more than 20 vehicles, we strongly recommend guidance or valet service
- Valet parking is available as an add-on. Events up to about 40 vehicles can typically be coordinated
- 40+ vehicle we can arrange off-site parking with shuttle service less than half a mile away as an add-on
Kitchen Access
A full working kitchen may be arranged for caterers or designated cooks only. It is intended for food preparation, not guest gathering.
Common Areas
Event bookings include the reserved event space only. Shared amenities such as the hot tub, gazebo, and fire pit are not included unless separately arranged.
Cleanup Responsibility
Hosts are responsible for basic cleanup and trash removal. If preferred, cleanup service can be arranged for a $200 fee.
