Atlanta Treehouse Escape offers two distinct outdoor event spaces, each providing a unique setting for celebrations, gatherings, retreats, filming, or private events. Most guests choose either the ATL Treehouse (Unit 6) or the RV Treehouse Area (Unit 7)-- see below for more details!.

Guest Policies & Agreement
A link to our Guest Policies and Event Agreement is located in the footer of this website. Anyone attending the property — overnight or for an event — is considered to have agreed to those terms by being on-site.

For years, this has been the main signature event space on the property. Located beneath the large treehouse, the covered deck area measures approximately 32’ x 34’, with a primary seating section that comfortably accommodates up to 40 guests seated.
Because this space sits under the elevated treehouse, rain typically does not affect the area. Only severe storms with wind-driven rain would impact coverage.

The RV Treehouse area offers a larger open-event environment that can comfortably accommodate approximately up to 80 guests, depending on layout and setup, including:

Seating & Tables
Hosts are responsible for setup and returning all items after the event. Setup/tear-down service can be arranged for an additional fee.
Trash Bins
Trash cannot remain at the event site.
Parking
Kitchen Access
A full working kitchen may be arranged for caterers or designated cooks only. It is intended for food preparation, not guest gathering.
Common Areas
Event bookings include the reserved event space only. Shared amenities such as the hot tub, gazebo, and fire pit are not included unless separately arranged.
Cleanup Responsibility
Hosts are responsible for basic cleanup and trash removal. If preferred, cleanup service can be arranged for a $200 fee.
