Chef “B.” Clay brings over 20 years of culinary experience rooted in generational family recipes and elevated presentation. Miami-born and Atlanta-raised, his style blends vibrant coastal flavor with rich Southern tradition. Inspired by his mother, grandmothers, and aunts, Chef B. Clay carries forward recipes shaped by family gatherings, celebrations, and Sunday dinners — refining them with modern technique and bold execution. 

He personally selects his ingredients — hand-picking produce, sourcing premium meats, exploring farmers’ markets for unique herbs and spices, and crafting specialty blends like his signature five-cheese mac & cheese. Every dish begins with intention. Nothing is rushed. Nothing is ordinary.
