Event Spaces at The Atlanta Treehouse Escape

The Atlanta Treehouse Escape offers two distinct outdoor event spaces, each providing a memorable setting for celebrations, gatherings, retreats, filming and private events. Most guests select either the ATL Treehouse area in Unit 6 or the RV Treehouse area in Unit 7.

Two Unique Event Space Options

Option #1 - ATL Treehouse Unit# 6 Event Space

Primary Under-Deck Event Area


For years, this has been the main signature event space on the property. Located beneath the large treehouse, the covered deck area measures approximately 32’ x 34’, with a primary seating section that comfortably accommodates up to 40 guests seated.

Because this space sits under the elevated treehouse, rain typically does not affect the area. Only severe storms with wind-driven rain would impact coverage.

This area is ideal for:

  • Private dinners
  • Celebrations
  • Proposals and receptions
  • Small weddings
  • Corporate gatherings
  • Podcast or filming setups
  • Family gatherings

Restroom access is just steps away in the main house. Kitchen access for catering can be arranged.


Option #2 - RV Treehouse Unit# 7 Event Space

Outdoor Yard + Deck Event Area


The RV Treehouse area offers a larger open-event environment that can comfortably accommodate approximately up to 80 guests, depending on layout and setup, including:

  • A large outdoor deck
  • Yard space with planters and flexible layout options
  • Covered seating beneath the RV structure (fits roughly 15–20 guests protected from rain)
  • This space works especially well for:
    • Larger celebrations
    • Reunions
    • Birthdays or parties
    • Retreats
    • Filming or photography events
    • Flexible indoor/outdoor gatherings
  • Many hosts also use portions of the connected home, which includes:
    • A large master sitting area with seating for roughly 20–25 people
    • Additional indoor spaces such as the solarium and common areas (shown in photos)

Depending on the event, access to indoor areas and kitchen use can be arranged.


What’s Included With Every Event Space Rental?

Each event-space rental includes access to essential furnishings, parking and property resources. Please review the setup, cleanup and property-use responsibilities below when planning your event.

Event Furnishings

Seating & Tables

The following furnishings are available for use within the reserved event space.

  • Approximately 40 wooden folding chairs are available.
  • Approximately six to eight folding tables are available, including a combination of 6-foot and 8-foot tables.

Host responsibility: Hosts are responsible for setting up the chairs and tables and returning all items to their designated locations after the event. Setup and breakdown assistance may be arranged for an additional fee.

Trash and Disposal

Trash Bins

Trash containers and bags are available to help keep the event area clean throughout your rental.

  • Two 45-gallon trash bins are available in the carport area.
  • Trash bags are provided for event use.
  • At the end of the event, all trash must be moved to the large city bins located near the street entrance.
  • Trash cannot remain in or around the event space after the rental period.
Arrival and Transportation

Parking

Parking arrangements should be based on the total number of vehicles expected to arrive during the event.

  • Approximately 20–30 vehicles can fit comfortably on-site.
  • For more than 20 vehicles, organized parking guidance or valet service is strongly recommended.
  • Valet parking is available as an add-on. Events involving up to approximately 40 vehicles can typically be coordinated with advance planning.
  • For more than 40 vehicles, off-site parking with shuttle service may be arranged less than one-half mile from the property as an add-on.

Advance coordination required: Valet parking, off-site parking and shuttle service must be arranged before the event.

Food Preparation

Kitchen Access

Access to a full working kitchen may be arranged for caterers or designated event cooks only.

Please note: The kitchen is intended for food preparation and service. It is not included as a gathering area for event guests.

Reserved Spaces

Common Areas

Event bookings include only the event space identified in the reservation or event agreement.

Not automatically included: Shared amenities such as the hot tub, gazebo and fire pit are not included unless separately arranged and approved.
